Saying Hello!
To begin with let me say that I am not now an Engineman; they don't allow septuagenarians to be enginemen, but I was an engineman for 13 years in my youth. There is a "model" of Leicester Central being built under our house. That's enough to begin with. Please forgive any mistakes, this is my first time for something like this forum.

Hi Aussie Engineman Welcome to the Forum I will be a septuagenarian in just over a year, I too was a locoman many years ago, I was a fireman on BR. I found the group a bit confusing at first but it's ok after you get used to it. Alan Locojoe |

Welcome to the Forum.
Look forward to learning more about Australian Railway and Australia. Spent a very enjoyable four weeks in Australia last August including visits to "The Valley Rattler," "The Zig, Zag Railway and Puffing Billy.) Best wishes, John. |
