A strike by Belgian train workers adds to travel disruption a day after 18 people were killed in a crash between two commuter trains.

Yes a nasty "do" that crash in Belgium, sincere condolences of course to all the victims.

But did you notice the amount of Graffitti on those trains ? Or was it supposed to be there ?
