Hi Michael, and welcome to the forum.
Not trying to alarm you, but using your e-mail address as your username is not a good idea. None of the members would abuse it, but it's possible that a non-member e-mail trawler might pick up on it...and then it's spam city! PM Andy or Steve and request a username change.
