Hello
Hi folks! The reason I joined was to ask a question, maybe one of you can help me out?
I'm wondering, did Inter-City trains serve Wembley (Wembley Stadium station)? If so, what name would be used on an Inter-City ticket? "Wembley Std.", "Wembley St."...? Also, what number (For example '194' under 'Leeds City' [see photo]) would be under it? The reason I ask is I've recreated the Inter-City ticket design on photoshop and want it to be exact if possible. Any info appreciated! |

Hi Ciaran and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately I can't be of help with this question however there must be some on here who can.
I must say though how things were much simpler then when buying a ticket? You only had the one that included a return. Nowadays you get 8 or 9 "tickets" just for one return journey for two people! Plus the number of different price structures depending on when you book, the time of travel etc ect. So much easier then and cheaper too. Anyway I hope you find your answer and have fun on the forum All the best Phil
