South Africa train crashes into farm truck, killing 19
A train has hit a truck carrying farm workers at a railway crossing in South Africa, killing at least 19 people, officials say.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-18825534 "It would appear as if the truck driver may have crossed the railway line without having a proper look-out and as a result the train hit him and then pulled him for a kilometre to two kilometres,"

I missed that one. I have just driven from Johannesburg to Durban and back and the behavior of certain bus, truck and taxi drivers is atrocious to say the least. Highly irresponsible. The problem with law enforcement here is that most of those kind of people don't have traceable addresses so it is worthless giving them a ticket as they just ignore them.
