Later this year, railway enthusiast Ian Yeowart hopes to successfully launch a new railway company, Grand Central, from scratch. Fulfilling his dream has been a long and difficult process.

That`s a great story and I wish Mr. Yeowart all the best with his new railway company, we could do with more people like him.

Good luck to him. I wonder how he'll cope with the 'Safety Talliban' and all the beaurocratic red tape that the modern railway entails

Just watched the programme and it was very interesting. 43067 looked well in the new company logo, but I think they still have a long way to go. Good luck to Grand Central.

I hope that he has a few friendly 'Thunderbird' suppliers because I cant see GNER giving him a hand when his motive power throws a wobbly
