Class 142 pacer pics sought
I have just received a Branchlines 'motor & chassis' replacement kit to fit to a Hornby pacer.
As I don't have any suitable pics in my collection, & am unable to get to the manchester area in the near future, does anyone have any detail pics of the Class 142 underframe (particularly shots between axles taken from ground level) & corridor connection / exhaust arrangement that they could share with me? Thanks, Dave. |

I wish I could help you Dave.
It's ironic that the 142 is probably the most talked about DMU on the forum yet the least photographed. Hopefully one of the lads that travel on them regularly will be able to help you.

There's a saying that goes 'If you want a job doing, then do it yourself '
Courtesy of 142 043 at Chester yesterday, a full set of underframe & interior end shots, all in their own gallery. All taken with the modeller who wants to bring a 142 chassis up to the spec of the Branchlines kit: http://dave420.fotopic.net/c1354250.html |
