Govia wins Thameslink franchise
Govia has won the Thameslink Southern Great Northern franchise.
Link...here They made quite a good job of running Thameslink up to 2003. Good luck to them - it will be a big challenge. ...always assuming the franchise award process isn't found to be flawed.
