Old timetable
I have an old GN timetable dated 1899. My idea was to scan the 200 pages but the thing is too fragile so I have decided to pick out some gems that might be of interest. This example might interest some. An advert published fifteen years before the Titanic!

You may be better using a digital camera and a piece of non reflective glass to photograph pages of interest, rather than try to put a fragile book in a scanner.
Just make sure the edges of the glass have been ground to a soft edge first

Yes thanks. My son also suggested using a camera so I might have a go. I find it all interesting but the pages turn to confetti when touched!!!!
