update on stolen tender and trailer
After 2 articles and photos were published in our local Echo newspaper a man
walking his dog in a little used lane saw what he was certain to be the missing tender,he phoned the police they contacted me and directed me to where it was and and to my delight it was the tender. It had been hurled with some effort i would exspect into the dry ditch, the man and myself managed to retrieve it and once back in the workshop a clean up and checkover all is well. I shall need another trailer of course but with any luck i can get hold of a good used one.I am so pleased not to have all the hours of work to construct a new tender,Many thanks for all your helpful comments and kind remarks. Very good news. Pity about the trailer but much easier to replace than the tender.
Best wishes, John H-T.

I too am pleased to hear this, but with respect, is it the one featured a couple of days ago on their website?
