Rail disruption as train derails (BBC News)
Northern Constabulary and emergency services are dealing with a freight train derailment at Carrbridge train station.

Gen groups are reporting that it is DB Schenker 66 "James the engine" that is in trouble.
66048 & 2 wagons have rolled down an embankment near Carrbridge (between Aviemore & Inverness) on 4N47 Mossend to Inverness first DB Schenker Stobart intermodal. I know we have at least one forum member working for DBS in that area. Hope all is well.

Yes, good to hear that you are OK Les.
If the reports are accurate the crew appear to have escaped with minor injuries. Not a nice experience I'm sure.
