Nice clips. The talk at Tyseley on Wednesday was that she will be back on the Main Line for her 80th Birthday.

Thanks for that. Excellent clips which show a Hall at its best and just how I remember them. As I've said on another thread, they are my favourite locos and I remember well Rood Ashton Hall - probably from what seemed to me as a youngster its unusual name.

Not the most glamorous of engines but real workhorses which could handle express passengers, local stoppers and freight equally well.
