well folks, it was a great day, we all really enjoyed it, even my daughter loved it(shes only 14months old), never really got a lot of chance to take pics of the loco tho which i was disappointed about.
the market its self was mayhem, really really busy but still enjoyable. this was hte first long distance railtour i have been on and i would defo do it again. It ended up being class 47 front and back ends, and set of Mk2 coaches. I only went on the one in the morning. Couldn't make it throiugh to the afternoon as wet through
![]() Went back on a ice route via Sheffield though. It was funny onboard an MML HST, the train manager started "this is the Midland Mai (pause) erm East Midland Mainline service to London St Pancras". |
