MoD calls for development ideas (BBC News)

Weren't DRS going to open a freight depot at Bicester for MOD ?
I remember them advertising for qualified drivers in order to open the depot. Linky....http://www.directrailservices.com/vacancies/14.asp Did it not come off, or is this another place ?
