MoD calls for development ideas (BBC News)
 
The Ministry of Defence are inviting bids from rail freight contractors to develop a 1,550-acre site next to barracks in north Oxfordshire.

Weren't DRS going to open a freight depot at Bicester for MOD ?

I remember them advertising for qualified drivers in order to open the depot. Linky....http://www.directrailservices.com/vacancies/14.asp

Did it not come off, or is this another place ?
