What a brilliant find Adey.
I was particularly interested to read about the "Duchesses" One of my few surviving Kodak brownie shots was of a "Duchess" and I always thought that I took it in 1965. Obviously not.

In fact the L M R stock was correct as of October 1964 according to the intro, so some of those few remaining Scots and Patriots might also have bitten the dust by the time the book appeared. The photo of the 'Jubilee' featured shows the tell-tale yellow line through the cabside number, which, I suppose was the main reason why the 8Ps went first
