Spin & Win?

I've seen quite a lot of references to 'Spin & Win' railtours in the past. What exactly does it mean?

In the absence of any other suggestions here is my theory.
Unlike normal railtours that just have one or two advertised locos, "Spin and Win" railtours always employ quite a few different (often freight) locos.
I believe that "Spin" is gricers slang for a trip-out looking for unseen locos and I assume that the "Win" element comes into play when you "cop" one or more of the locos hauling the train.
Just an idea.

They are as John say's the tours use many loco's say 5 or 6 types say a 66 then a 60 then a 47 and so on

Thanks for that lads. I'm way out of date when it comes to these gricers terms. I've never even called a Class 37 a 'tractor'!
