The Fife Circle

Can anyone give me the current timings for loco hauled trains on the Fife Circle ?

I went in early April and there were two early evening trains.

The 1708 ex Waverley, does a round trip via dunfermline and gets back to Waverley at 1930.
1721 ex Waverley to Cardenden, which then goes as 5L70 empty stock to millerhill
