Hi Peter,

according to this article it's at the Keighley and Worth valley railway.

Would this footplate group be a good place to find crews that used to work on class 26's (BRCW D5300 - D5346) ?

Our group, 6LDA, are looking for footplate men that are interested in helping to restore 26004 (D5304) to full running order!

Anyone interested please contact me at:

My information is also that 25059 is at K&WVR: Preserved Locomotives of BR, 12th Edition, October 2007.

Best wishes,

John H-T.

This really useful diesel has been on holiday at the Churnet Valley Railway/Cauldon Lowe event. I suspect it is back at Keighley now.
