Train crash in Malmö, Sweden

The new year starts bad for the railway.

At around 10:45 today a empty service consisting of a X2000 crashed into the concrete buffer stop at Malmö C.
The driver was injured and the engine and the first car is heavily damaged.
The overhead lines fell down and the station is evacuated and all train services are cancelled, except for the trains using the new tunnel opened in december 2010.

The train is now removed from the scene and tracks, overhead lines etc. are being repaired.
The driver, or shunter as he don't drive trains, only shunt them from the depot to the station or shunting freight trains, was rescued from the loco via one of the windows. He was not injured, only chocked, but is still at hospital because he "felt dizzy" before the accident.
Investigation has started.
What was the cause of the accident? Was the driver having a blackout because of illnes? Was the brakes filled with snow, or shut off? (Or was the driver surprised of a X2000-train working perfectly so he forgot to drive it? )
If the ATC was activated (probably it was) the train can't shunt faster than 30 (the train will be emergency braked a 43km/h).

So, another accident report to wait for. I already had the Kimstad accident (train crashed with tractor performing track work), the derailment of a swedish train in norway and two or three others on my "wish list".
