HGV driver has already admitted not using the phones prior to crossing and has since been arrested.

I JUST wish the media could get the figures correct as to EXACTLY how many were Actually injured, or even ON the train?

Figures have varied from 10 and up to 31 so far.

I dont know why they could not fit a remote controled lock on the gate so it will not open unless the signal box operator releases it

Good idea but who would pay for it networkrail or the local council or even the land owners
