Hi Everyone, Can anyone tell me what this train is?

Hi Everyone,

I used to go and look at the trains with my dad when i was little and remember most of them but i saw this train today on the back of a lorry on the M25 and don't know what it is. I'm sure the number looked like it was a class 30 but i typed it into google and it only showed 31's which look different! Can anyone help? Heather x

Welcome to the Forum Heather,

Looks like a Birmingham Carriage and Wagon Works design so could be a 26,27 or 33. I am sure one of the others will be able to tell you.

Best wishes,

John H-T.

Hello Heather and welcome to the forum.
I also think that it is 33202. It is definitely a 33/2 because it has the Hastings line narrow body and as far as I know 33202 is the only loco of that type in blue livery that still survives.
