Refund for Delays with ATW

I sent off my comments form about three nearly four weeks ago now Becuse my train from Sherewsbury to Crewe was delyaed by more than one hour missing my connection to Wigan and yet I have heard nothing back from them as yet.

Are Arriva very slow as to refunding people or just a bit Ignornat / dismisive when it comes to delays and comensation. ?

Could have been the Post Office that caused the delay John. The guy that delivers the post to the RAC said that they were concentrating on the Census Forms at the moment.
