For a few interesting photos of the latest French escapade try visiting,
http://jpduval.free.fr/

First stop off at
La Decauville N°13 de C.Beun dans le TGV du record

and then on to
Les autres Decauville en cours de réalisation

where you will eventually get to
Locomotive N° 011
Type 020
Constructeur :
John

Do not think mine will be going very fast, maybe walking pace down the straights.

Hi John sorry to show my ignorance but I don't understand the French lingo.

How's things going at the "Pigs Ears" (John's own pub in his back garden)

Don't understand much myself but the photos seemed a bit different to the usual outside ones. My 45 mm outdoor track is being relaid to larger radius curves to be ready when my Decauville is finished but not sure when that will be though and there is also the elevated 32 mm to be organised. As for the Pig's ears food and suitable refreshments are available all year round, Xmas breakfast was as usual cooked on the BBQ which meant that the Xmas spirit could be started early in the morning.
Better start thinking about using the Brasso on the beer engines.
