ECML south freight workings?

Hi
Not sure if anyone can help but i was wondering if i could find out about any regular freight workings in the area south of stevenage(ie mainline or hertford loop) diagram numbers,aproxx times etc.
Hope someone can help

Fed up of Class 91's and glorified DMU's already Lee? I don't know of any information on freight workings myself, but I reckon we might have someone who can point you in the right direction.
