Blackburn - Hellifield line freight workings

Just moved house at Clitheroe which backs on to the BLackburn - Hellifield line. Can anyone help with timetable information of the freight workings passing my back garden?

I cannot tell you the timings, but they are worked by HM crews to Clitherow.
