Hornby OO Scale 71000 Duke of Gloucester

71000 Trust is pleased to announce that the new Hornby 71000 OO scale locomotives and train pack will be available from the Trust in early July.

All proceeds from sales will go towards the upkeep of the locomotive.

Thank you for this info. I will be getting just the loco, then display it along with a tie I have of it having worked as a Guard behind it back in the 1990's on Main Line duty with absolutely Tremendous pleasure.

Hi

I have this loco on pre-order from hattons and the latest news is it will be available on or after october 14th. hornby's 2013 range seems to be running behind with a lot of 2013 items not coming out until 2014.
best not to take delivery dates as gospel as the chinese seem to do what they like and hornby ( and bachmann ) seem to have lost control.

now due around 10th december, i can see this slipping into 2014.
