Why the "grumpy old man" comments ?

It might not be your thing but those sorts of comments are not really necessary on what is, after all, a forum that is a friendly place to visit.

Hi pre65,
Sorry about the grumpy old man comment. I just felt that many of the posts by Railway Forum are rather dull; X arriving at Y etc. I must admit that it can be interesting to see foreign railways but a bit of action makes for better watching. I am sure that Railway Forum has a library of more interesting clips.
Regards, Tony.
