Alternative spare parts ?

Good evening

I have a HUGE problem with my Fowler Jinty by Hornby

the wheel insulation washers (or whatever they're called) have disintegrated leaving me with a working motor a set of wheels but without these washers they just short out the chassis

Anyone know either where to get some or how to make some

I've gone through Ebay and thought I'd found some but they were for the wheels with the centre ones with a flange where as this one doesn't have flanges

Over to you guys to point me in the right direction
