IT WAS Like the rest of the GNR in Nottingham
It was murdered like a lot of other parts of our railway system
Colwick Ex LNWR shed closed in the early 1930s.
At one time Colwick Ex GNR shed had 199 steam locos allocated to it.(Largest GNR shed)
This book tells the full story
