Hey all

After 25 spotting flying thingies I finally caught the rail bug two years ago and love it ! I live on the east coast main line and have spotted in Grantham Doncaster Toton and York so far. Will spread my wings and visit other areas but in no rush. Met some really helpful people on my travels, seems like a solid community. Originally from Huddersfield and a mad Terriers fan.

Mark

Hello m14961 welcome, if you live near the East Coast Main Line look out tomorrow (29th March) for 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley on the Cathedrals Express, Kings Cross to York and back.
You'll find the times on UK Steam Info, if you haven't found them already.

Hi mark and a warm welcome from me too. I loved the ECML back in the 50's and 60's. It was a great era for me. Loved spotting at Grantham. Originally from Lincoln, it was an easy place to get to.
Anyway hope you enjoy our company on here.
All the best
Phil
