help needed..

hi everyone i have recently had my garden re worked and found this.. anybody know where its from??

Probably the Taff Vale Rly in South Wales, which is a long way from Carlisle

I would say it was probably a private owner wagon from the South Wales area as it is registered by (not built by) T.V.R. Co., which must be the Taff Vale Railway.
