Who owns BOC Tankers?
am I correct in assuming approx 25 years ago BOC sold all ther tankers to someone in india??
Does anyone know ther name? would be great to find out |

No, I don't think that's right.

Hey everyone, I seem to be digging up an old thread here but I know Barnetby quite well and often see alot of spotters in the area due to the high industrial usage of the line.
Who is B.R.T. anyways? BOC was taken over by some German company (linde group?) a short while ago. |

after a google of there name nothing comes up? have they been bought out or shut down like the wonderful britsh industry seems to be doing these day! lol

They were VERY active in the 1960's-1980's, I have no idea what happened to them after that. Check out the old Triang and Triang-Hornby catalogs for tankers and grain hopper wagons with their logo on.

A search reveals that BRT was bought by Procor in 1974 although their logo remained on certain wagons for some time after that.
