A CSX Corp. freight train collided with a charter bus in Biloxi, Miss., Tuesday afternoon, killing at least four people and causing multiple injuries, city spokesman Vincent Creel said.

A charter bus carrying 50 to 60 people was headed to casinos in Biloxi when it was struck about 2:10 p.m. CST, at the railroad crossing on Main Street, according to Mr. Creel. The train pushed the bus about 300 feet down the railway, he said.
