Perhaps Willesden Junction. Lots of freight crossing London goes through this location.

Stratford is a good spot for freight liner wagons going on to the North London line.

Going to give Stratford a try in a couple of weeks once the Athletics has finished.

Acton Main line is very good particularly for stone trains.

Kensington Olympia is usually quite good on a weekday. Willesden Junction is also great, although there are overhead wires there so some lines aren't so great for photos, despite the large amount of traffic that comes through.
West Ealing is also a nice place to get some photos, there is also a bridge opposite the sidings across the greenford branch, ive never been to the bridge but it looks like it might be a nice spot. West Ealing sees stone trains from Acton to Merehead/Whatley, and a few intermodals as well.
