Help for an old timer

I've been out of the railway circuit for about twenty years and I now want to try and get back into it now my son is six.
I'm camping in the new forest soon and would like some hints on good locations to visit etc. Is Southampton container terminal accessible? Your help will make this camping trip complete.

Many Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum David. I'm afraid I don't know the area, so can't really offer much help, sorry. Having said that, I'm sure that someone on the forum will be able to give you plenty of advice.
