Rio Tinto tilted

A month ago now, the empty bauxite ore train near Weipa in Queensland collided with a rake of hoppers being loaded.
The ATSB have released a preliminary report about the incident.
The train brakes did not function, according to the driver.
HMMMM.
From the photos, the driver was lucky to finally be released from the cab suffering only from minor injuries.

One will hafta await the final report.
Steve.
