Help needed

Hi all,
Im a first timer posting so forgive me if I make any mistakes please.
I recently picked up a bit of train memorabilia at an auction but I haven't a clue as to what it is (I buy alot of stuff this way......probably the reason why my house is full and my pockets empty). If someone could enlighten me as to what Ive purchased it would be great.
Please see attached pics. If you need any more information please let me know and I'll try to forward it.
Thank you in advance for any help.
Regards V

Hello vblood7 and welcome to the Railway Forum. I bow to Philip and Chris who both have far more knowledge of railway items than I have.

Hi lads,
Thank you for your replies. Could any of you put a date on it. I'm confused because there are a few dates on the actual item. I paid €30 for it at auction and was wondering if that was about correct.
Thanks again for help you maybe able to give me.
Regards V
