Railway memorabilia

My daughters stepson recently bought a house which is near the site of the old Friary goods yard in Plymouth. The house needed some renovation and was bought for a good price. The estate agent had said be careful the floor sags in places!!After it was signed ove rthey took stock of work to be done and prised up some of the flooring …..low and behold there was a celler and it was full of railway bits and pieces!!Now there were only two pictures on FB and one was a semaphore signal and another was of a wooden cabinet with a dial on the front ,maybe single line working? Also some boxes not yet explored. Are there any members in Plymouth who would perhaps do an inventory ?Please PM me and I can get contact details for you.
