Derby Show

I went to the Derby Show at its new Sports Centre venue last Saturday.
I was very dissapointed as it was much smaller than the previous location even the one in Nottingham which is at a Sports Centre was bigger.

Interested in your comment Nottingham Victoria. Missed the show as I was in the Lake District. May not have missed much!

Best wishes,

John H-T.

Just like to say, I thought this was the best show, contents wise, from the Mickleover crowd for some years, so was suitably impressed. Much better for access / parking etc than before. I don't know why folk like going into busy town centres at all ! Takes all sorts I expect. All in all a good afternoon out, and worth the entry fee.

Comments from the members of the Model Railway Club I belong to were very favourable. Good layouts and a much better venue than the Derby Assembly Rooms.

Best wishes,

John H-T.
