Freight on the West Highland line

Can anyone tell me when the freight from Fort William either leaves there for Mossend or when it passess through Dalmuir, Dumbarton or Westerton as I have been trying to see it pass through for ages Now its the up train to Mossend that I would like to know about as I believe the Down service passess through in the morning shortly after the Sleeper. Thanks for any and all help.
