Fears Auckland public transport can't cope with the Rugby World Cup

There are concerns about Auckland's public transport system during the Rugby World Cup, especially with the government building motorways instead of investing in public transport. (Example: we were supposed to have electric trains by 2011 but the government mucked around and now they're due in 2013.)

Kingsland Station is expected to cope with 12,800 people per hour, more than Britomart's capacity of 10,500 per hour, which has 5 platforms vs. 2 for Kingsland, and more stairs and escalators. (Good luck.)
