Wirksworth Model Railway Exhibition This Weekend - 27th-28th October

It's that time again The Wirksworth Model Railway Exhibition, over 20 layouts with trade support in three locations round Wirksworth: The Town Hall, The Parish Rooms and The Memorial Hall. Plenty of Free Parking at The EVR Station in Wirksworth or you can arrive by train from Duffield, connecting with EMT Matlock Branch Trains.

Last Call for steam this year on the Ravenstor Service but watch this space for 2013!

Fish and Chips Special on Saturday Evening: see www.e-v-r.com and www.evra.org.uk for more information.

I will be on the Fish and Chip Special on Saturday Evening and around the Exhibition on Sunday.

Best wishes,

John H-T.

Day one went well with a good range of layouts and traders: I am now the proud owner of a rather nice kit built LNWR Coal Tank.

There is a large G Scale Layout which is quite impressive.

So if you are at a loose end on Sunday come and see us, don't think you will be disappointed!

Best wishes,

John H-T.
