Vsoe pullmans and 67's at eastleigh

Hi Evening All
Mid afternoon today. The VSOE went through on the down main towards Southampton. "Topped and Tailed" with a pair of 67's!
67028 was on the rear, what was on the front please?
Cheers
IAN

It was 67002 Ian. Suggestion: join the WRGEN group, you'll recieve emails (optional) with details of most loco & ECS workings in the Wessex area. It's at:-

http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/WRGEN/?tab=s

Google that, and just go through the motions. I subscribe to it, and It's very helpful, you should be able to work out exactly what's what, and you'll also find out a lot of workings several days in advance.

No probs Ian, and no doubt. I'll be the slob in the biker's jacket with 'Hard Rock Cafe' on the back!

Incidentally, you'll find LOADS of my photos from Eastleigh (among lots of other places) here:-

Ian, you might also be interested in this group - it's similar to WRgen, but covers London & the south east area, and includes workings to/from our area:

Very useful!

I had this rake of coaches from Sheffield Midland to Leeds via the ECML.
The doors on these coaches open inward.
When I got on this train, all the doors were obstructed by crates of empty wine bottles. Not too good if there is a fire.
We discharged all the passengers at Leeds City and left to go to Crew ECS via the LNW and Stalbridge.
The engine was a Royal Train Class 47.
This night it was raining very hard as the wipers could not cope.
I bailed out at Dewsbury and the train went DOO back to Crewe.
I got a taxi back to the Mill, got some van keys, and drove over to Stockport to pick the driver up and took him back to The Mill.
Nice little job apart from the rain.
