Semi in Leeds

I was looking at a DVD I got before Christmas and was surprised to see 46255 City of Hereford on the turning triangle at Leeds in the 1960s. It was on a Stephenson Special from Carlisle. As I was a regular visitor to Leeds in the 50s & 60s and LMS line near Shipley I never saw or heard of a Coronation class visiting Leeds. A visit to Crewe was the place to see them. Can anyone else from the area or visiting remember a member of this class at Leeds?

To see Semis was at the half roundhouse at Crewe North shed. this was 28/10/1964, when all the big engines were scrapped, what were left, turned up on the north /Wales Mainline.

Takes me back this does, Coronations (semi's) anywhere around Warrington to Wigan area.WCML.....the "Royal Scot", and the "Caledonian", leaving London & Glasgow at early morning times, the "Mid-day Scot" (leaving at mid-day from each direction)
At least 6 Coronations per day, each passing each other within the hour from either direction............never their like shall be seen again!
