Santa's WHR Elf

A quick post to say a big Christmas thanks to the WHR.
My youngest daughter has just phoned me to say what a wonderful day she's had today working on the Santa Special train as one of Santa's volunteer Elves on the Welsh Highland Railway.
As a youngster, and veteran of many Steam santa Specials over the years, she found the WHR to be a truly magical Christmas experience, so many thanks to the hard work of the numerous volunteers.
She is truly amazed at the work that has been done to get this railway to its present level of operation.
The WHR is on my must visit list, so next time I'm visiting my daughter in North Wales it'll be one of my first priorities.
