was that taken from the footbridge at the back of Ewood park ? thought about that location this afternoon but got stuck in the armchair

That camera of yours is very good at picking up sound. A lovely bit of filming of a loco hard at work. Well done 2e0bll.

Thanks Syd and John, you`re nearly right John, but the bridge at Peel Close at the back of Ewood has anti-vandal fencing up. The one I took this from is further towards Darwen at the bottom of the street where I live, no fencing. You can get to it either from Lower Darwen, by walking up the path from the village (all uphill) or from the bottom of Fishmoor Drive. there were only three of us there yesterday due to the weather, but when its fine its a popular spot. I took the vid of Leander from the same location.

Thanks John, for a compact, I agree it`s excellent. It`s the Olympus FE-310, but I`m getting a Fuji S8100fd for Christmas. Hope it records as well as the Olympus!
