Weed killer train

Does anyone know why and how the ex BR weedkiller train ended up in Belgium? I believe it was operated by Chipman rail when it was in the UK, it consists of ex BR MK1 coaches and 45ton 2 axle tanks to carry water etc.

Yes I know about the MPV's but why did it go to the continent and who owns it now?
