What flat packed buildings for model railways do you buy?

The best that have come across is METCALFE, All you do is select tghe one you want on yheir Website .Then they send you 2 E mails.One has the Project and the other has the working instruction .

I like Bilteezi from Freestone Models here http://www.freestonemodel.co.uk/page9.htm . Cant get more flat than a flat sheet!
