Hi Spyder,
No, a Consolidation is a locomotive with a 2-8-0 wheel configuration. A Dakota was a Douglas (USA) DC3 which was the most common passenger AIRCRAFT built and used in WW2. In service for over 50 years. (about 12,000 were built between 1935 and 1950).
